Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Multi-Channel Shift Manager for our Banbury site. You will translate customer requirements into practical operational plans that deliver KPI, budget, and service targets, working with customers and site teams.

The role emphasizes driving performance, improving processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring safety and compliance. It is a full-time, on-site position, with a 5-from-7 shift pattern from 08:00 to 16:30 and a salary up to £40,000 per

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced logistics, warehousing, or retail distribution.
• Strong operational planning and decision-making to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Excellent communication to influence customers and stakeholders.
• Experience using WMS and MS Office applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational performance in line with KPIs, budgets and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary contact.
• Align plans, resources and priorities to meet business demands and customer expectations.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity and service levels.
