About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to manage existing client accounts and develop new business as part of our vendor team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with business areas, regional teams, and vendors to foster trust and support business objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Director and join a dynamic, diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage relationships between Arrow Global services and potential customers.
  2. Identify and generate new business leads; develop strategic plans with growth partners to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  3. Explore new markets, trends, customers, products, and services.
  4. Leverage strategic channel partners to generate business opportunities for designated vendors.
  5. Implement promotional strategies aligned with business plans for maximum impact.
  6. Plan and oversee new business initiatives.
  7. Research organizations and stakeholders to find new opportunities.
  8. Expand into new markets and enhance sales using Arrow's service portfolio.
  9. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events.
  10. Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
  11. Set and monitor goals for business development and team growth.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or business development within a relevant sector.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Skilled in running upsell campaigns, expanding market share, and executing sales enablement events.
  • Proficient in creating professional business materials and presentations.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and distributor value in the channel.
  • Effective communicator at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English.
