Business Development Manager / Sales Executive
Large Format Print or POS selling background
£45,000 - £55,000 + Commission + Package
Homebased but preferably commutable to North West 1/2 days a week

We are looking for a tenacious, experienced and professional New Business Manager from a Large Format / POS background that can open doors, develop relationships and ultimately win new business for our rapidly growing client. As well as winning the new business, you will be happy to engage with the client alongside the talented team of Account Managers, to help deliver the results they are looking for.

The successful Large Format Sales Executive will be expected to have previous experience in print sales, with a current contact base and to source and support new sales leads with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales acumen and methodical project management abilities. You will need to be confident in your ability to build and maintain lasting relationships, both with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and acquire new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals and attend client meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience for Business Development Manager role:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling n the large format / POS industry
  • Passion for sales with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Bags of personality and sense of humour
  • Confident and professional approach
  • Computer literate
