Business Development Manager

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing current client accounts and developing new business as part of the vendor team. Your role involves building relationships between the business area, regional teams, and vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives. You will report to the Director and be part of a diverse team.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
  • Developing, managing, and creating relationships between Arrow Global services and potential customers.
  • Identifying and generating new business leads and developing detailed business plans with key strategic growth partners to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Exploring new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Facilitating business opportunities for designated vendors by leveraging strategic channel partners.
  • Implementing promotional strategies aligned with business plans for maximum impact.
  • Planning and overseeing new business initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and stakeholders for new opportunities.
  • Developing new markets and boosting sales using Arrow's portfolio of services.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Creating quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Setting and achieving goals for business development and growth.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience in similar roles within customer service, sales, or business development in relevant sectors.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Skills in running upsell campaigns, expanding market share, and executing sales enablement events.
  • Proficiency in creating professional business materials and presentations.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and the value added by distributors to channels.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Fluency in English.
