Location: London (Hybrid/Remote Options available)

We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globe's top 1% of Firms, i.e., Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!

Ideal Attributes:

1. Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive clients and talent
2. Change and Transformation or similar vertical industry experience ideal but not mandatory
3. Proven track record in business development and account management.
4. Strong networking abilities to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
5. Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
