The Team:

The GBGM Finance Change Team drives change within the GBGM Finance organization through Data, Process, and Technology Strategy and Solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will be key in the Valuation Control program, focusing on improving end-to-end processes and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with GVG/BFC teams to define business and regulatory requirements and translate these into actionable items for technology teams.
• Define test criteria and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Perform business analysis across the program.
• Prioritize development backlog and lead planning meetings.
• Communicate technical enhancements and provide training.
• Assist in streamlining and enhancing BFC processes.

Qualifications:

• Practical knowledge of Valuation Control processes, IPV, and Brisk reporting.
• Experience working on projects is desirable.
• Understanding of complex products and valuations.
• Organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
