Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client engagement by delivering change, acting as an intermediary between business users and technical teams to capture requirements and design solutions. Lead requirements gathering, analyze change requests, and work with management to finalize requirements.
• Research the client’s business model, strategy, and capabilities. Manage stakeholder engagement and run workshops to create detailed requirements. Manage business analysis work independently, developing insights and trust.
• Investigate options, provide recommendations, create business cases, and ensure solutions align with the client’s infrastructure, systems, data, security, and regulatory constraints.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and incorporate these into your work. Elicit requirements, support process modeling, and assist development and QA teams with detailed requirements and documentation.
• Assess impacts of changes, prepare business readiness plans, and support UAT and hypercare activities. Ensure compliance with project governance and manage client expectations.

For Expleo:

• Work in multidisciplinary teams, identify business development opportunities, and support the sales team. Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Additional certification such as BCS Business Analysis International Diploma or similar.

Essential skills

Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably in insurance, with knowledge of London Market Insurance operations. Strong understanding of underwriting workflows, requirement gathering tools, and SDLC frameworks. Excellent communication, self-management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and emerging technologies. Experience in London Markets insurance, banking, or settlement processes is advantageous. Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
