RS Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager in London to lead the people side of transformation within the Finance function. The role focuses on influencing senior leaders, building sponsorship, and driving adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.

You will partner with Change Leads across the Global Shared Business Services to establish consistent approaches and ensure sustainable business change, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and communications.

The Opportunity

AsChange Manager, you will be a trusted partner to senior Finance leaders, driving the people side of transformation across the function. This is a highly visible role where your ability to influence, inspire and lead through change will be critical to success.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape and deliver change strategies that enable the successful adoption of new ways of working, ensuring colleagues remain engaged, supported and focused throughout periods of transformation. You will act as a change leader, coaching stakeholders, building sponsorship, and creating the conditions for sustainable business change.

Partnering with Change Leads across our Global Shared Business Services organisation, you'll help establish a consistent and effective approach to change, ensuring leaders are equipped to champion transformation and deliver lasting business outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the people and leadership aspects of major transformation initiatives, ensuring change is embraced and embedded across the Finance function.
  • Partner with senior leaders to build sponsorship, strengthen change leadership capability, and create high levels of engagement throughout the organisation.
  • Develop and execute change strategies that align business objectives with colleague experience, adoption and performance outcomes.
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels, providing coaching and guidance to help leaders confidently navigate change.
  • Create and lead stakeholder engagement, communication and readiness plans that drive understanding, commitment and action.
  • Use data, insights and feedback to assess change effectiveness, mitigate risks and continuously improve adoption and business outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience leading the people side of large-scale business, technology or transformation programmes within complex matrix organisations.
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organisational change through effective stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and leadership coaching.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to bring people together behind a common vision and purpose.
  • Experience leading through ambiguity, managing resistance and creating momentum in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Commercially minded and outcome-focused, with the ability to connect change initiatives to business performance, colleague engagement and strategic objectives.
