Job summary

Transition Partners is seeking a skilled Change Manager to join their expanding Change & Transformation function. In this role, you will lead internal transformation programmes, ensuring effective communication and engagement with teams while embedding meaningful change across the organization. This position offers a hybrid working pattern and opportunities to work with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Previous consultancy experience is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).

We’re hiring! Transition Partners are working with a fantastic client who are expanding their internal Change & Transformation function.

They’re now on the lookout for a skilled Change Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Location: Remote / Nottingham – 2 days onsite per month required

Working Pattern: Flexible / Hybrid

Consultancy environment experience is a MUST

As a Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of internal transformation programmes. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the smooth adoption of change across teams, focusing on communication, engagement, and long-term impact.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with senior leaders, support strategic initiatives, and embed meaningful change in a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience delivering change in complex, fast-paced environments

Previous consultancy experience – this is essential

Ability to build effective communication and stakeholder engagement plans

Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)

Confident facilitator and coach, with strong influencing skills

Skilled at working with multiple teams to embed new processes and ways of working

Outcome-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
