Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Change Manager to drive people-focused change across projects and programmes. You will design tailored change strategies, lead adoption activities, coach leaders, and collaborate with project teams to embed best practice.

The role offers hybrid working in Lincoln, Huntingdon, or Peterborough, a 12-month fixed-term contract and a salary around £50,000, with flexible part-time options considered.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
• Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.

Responsibilities
