Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Change Manager to drive people-focused change across projects and programmes. The role emphasizes developing strategies and coaching leaders to embed new processes, with a focus on adoption, utilisation, and proficiency.

Hybrid work options are available across Huntingdon, Peterborough, or Lincoln. The role requires qualifications in Prosci/CMI (or equivalent) and proven change delivery experience, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.

Circa £50,000 (dependent on skills & experience) 37 hours per week / Full Time (with flexibility for part-time to be considered) Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln - Hybrid 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
