Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Change Manager to drive people-focused change across our organisation. Based on hybrid working options in Lincoln/Huntingdon/Peterborough, you will develop strategies, coach leaders, and embed change methodologies to improve adoption and delivery.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, 37 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time. Circa £50,000 depending on skills and experience, with a strong benefits package and a commitment to wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
• Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.
• Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.
• Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.
• Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
