Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Change Manager to help our customers adopt new technologies, services and ways of working. Within Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management (ACM) practice, you’ll support the delivery of business change activities across digital and transformation programmes.

You’ll work closely with project teams, stakeholders and end users to ensure change is effectively planned, communicated and embedded, driving successful adoption and long-term business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change or adoption activities within technology, digital or organisational change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience creating and executing change plans, impact assessments and engagement activities.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical change into business impact.
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting communications, training or adoption measurement activities.
• Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes.
• Confidence working in fast paced environments with a delivery focused approach
• Strong commercial or pre-sales experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management activities across technology and transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop and implement engagement, communication, training and readiness plans.
• Work with project managers and delivery teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build understanding and support adoption.
• Identify and manage people-related risks, including resistance, skills gaps and change fatigue.
• Monitor adoption and readiness, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Produce regular progress updates and support governance, assurance and project reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management practice.
