BAM UK&I is seeking 2 Change Managers to join our ERP project on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Your mission

Your mission

Responsible for developing and implementing the SAP Programme Change Management Strategy. Ensures clear articulation of change impacts from new processes and tools, informs stakeholders, and implements readiness plans. Supports the business in achieving its objectives.

  • Develop and execute a programme Change Management Strategy
  • Conduct change impact assessments across all functions
  • Engage with executives and functional directors on change impacts and explore solutions
  • Assess the organisation's change capability, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with HR on organisational changes and plans
  • Define and track business readiness for go-live
  • Build change networks to champion and support the change
  • Create communication content for new processes, ensuring effective delivery and monitoring
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement and inform leadership
  • Develop and execute change management strategies including training and communication
  • Maintain relationships with project stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of all change management outputs
  • Assess change impacts and support training and support requirements
  • Work with the Training Lead and Communications Lead to align plans
  • Coordinate with the implementation partner to stay on schedule
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Guide Change Partners and monitor change progress
Who are we looking for?

• Business process or functional experience in areas like Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Tender to Results
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Influencing skills and goal orientation
• Strong business acumen and understanding organizational challenges
• Experience with large-scale SAP-driven change programs (preferably S/4HANA)
• Experience managing within matrix organizations
