Job summary

Invitise seeks a Change Lead for a London-based public sector organisation on a hybrid basis, to drive financial change and own delivery end-to-end. You will lead ERP and finance change initiatives, engage stakeholders at all levels, and maintain momentum with a hands-on approach.

Experience in financial/ERP transformations, MS Dynamics Finance and Operations, and BPSS clearance eligibility are essential. Not-for-profit exposure is beneficial in this contract role.

Job description

We're looking for a Change Lead for a public sector organisation based in London (hybrid) on an initial 8-month contract, paying up to £700 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in London two days a week.

The successful Change Lead will drive financial change across the organisation, taking full ownership of delivery rather than passing work on. You'll lead change activity tied to finance and ERP systems, engage stakeholders at all levels and keep momentum through a hands‑on, get‑it‑done approach.

You will need proven experience in the following:

• Change leadership on financial or ERP transformation programmes
• A strong financial change background and understanding of core finance processes
• MS Dynamics, specifically Finance and Operations
• Finance and ERP systems more broadly
• Stakeholder management across senior and delivery teams
• A hands‑on delivery style, comfortable doing the work yourself
• Not‑for‑profit sector experience would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of the ADKAR framework is highly desirable.
• You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
