Job summary

Spinwell is recruiting a Change Lead for a public sector client. The role focuses on enabling financial process changes, with emphasis on MS Dynamics finance, ERP systems and ADKAR frameworks.

Hybrid London: 2 days in office, Inside IR35, 8-month contract. The successful candidate will manage stakeholders, drive financial change initiatives with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach and bring strong experience across finance systems and non-profit contexts.
