Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Change Lead to shape and deliver enterprise change across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. You will work with the Enterprise PMO and senior stakeholders to ensure readiness, adoption and long-term business benefits.

You will lead a team of Change Managers, govern change activity, and balance pace with capacity to deliver sustainable value across Greene King’s brands.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading organisational change across complex, multi-project environments.
• Proven success embedding change frameworks and driving adoption in large matrixed organisations.
• Strong experience assessing organisational change capacity and managing portfolio impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to challenge senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change teams and realise sustainable benefits.

As a Change Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Greene King's enterprise change agenda. Qualifications

As a Change Lead, you will…

• Partner with the Enterprise PMO, Strategy and leadership teams to assess change impacts, manage change capacity and support effective portfolio prioritisation.
• Embed Greene King's Enterprise Change Framework, ensuring change management principles are consistently applied across projects and programmes.
• Provide oversight, assurance and challenge across change activity, ensuring the right plans, governance and interventions are in place to support successful delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders to ensure people, operational readiness, behavioural change and adoption remain central to decision-making.
• Lead and develop a team of Change Managers, building capability and ensuring resources are aligned to business priorities.
