Join us as a Change Delivery Manager at Barclays, where you’ll support critical Strategic Investment Change Initiatives in Fraud, Wholesale Client Onboarding & GFCO, and the Chief Controls Office, covering end-to-end Change and Transformation responsibilities. Requirements for Success

• Experience with both agile and traditional project delivery methods, including end-to-end Agile change and transformation processes.
• Adept use of MS Office suite to interpret data sets and create meeting materials for decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to convey project goals, updates, and technical details to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences.
• Risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

Purpose of the Role

To manage change projects that support the organisation's strategic objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, in control, and compliant with regulatory and internal policies.

Accountabilities

1. Manage change projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
2. Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
3. Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
4. Manage project teams, providing necessary resources and skills.
5. Oversee project budgets and financial reporting.
6. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
7. Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
8. Provide advice on complex issues and support resolution of escalated issues.
9. Develop policies and procedures to mitigate risks and support governance.
10. Strengthen controls and manage risks associated with the work.
11. Collaborate across areas to support organisational objectives.
12. Analyze data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively.
13. Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
14. Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
