Job summary

SCS Railways is seeking an experienced Change and Configuration Manager to lead the Change & Configuration Management across a major infrastructure programme. The role focuses on governance, control, and continuous improvement of processes.

Based at the Euston office with a requirement to be on-site at least 3 days per week, you will coordinate across engineering, construction, planning and assurance teams to ensure baselines are accurate and auditable throughout the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Change and Configuration Management processes across a major infrastructure programme.
• Ensure that technical changes, engineering information, requirements, designs and asset records remain controlled, traceable and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate change and configuration activities across engineering, construction, programme, commercial and assurance functions.
• Ensure changes are assessed, authorised, implemented and incorporated into controlled baselines.
