Job summary

Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture is seeking an experienced Change and Configuration Manager to lead governance and continuous improvement of change and configuration processes across a major infrastructure programme.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary assessments, lead governance forums, and ensure baselines are controlled and auditable throughout the project lifecycle. Flexibility to work from Euston with minimum 3 days in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Professional membership of a relevant engineering institution, with Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, or related governance within a complex project.
• Experience facilitating multidisciplinary technical reviews, governance processes, and stakeholder forums.
• Knowledge of engineering lifecycle management, configuration control, and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of Change and Configuration Management processes, procedures and standards.
• Coordinate governance activities to ensure changes are assessed and controlled.
• Facilitate change review forums and coordinate multidisciplinary decision-making activities.
• Provide guidance to project teams on Change and Configuration Management requirements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
