Salary: £43,000 - 73,000 per year

Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring IT services are deployed, monitored, and continually improved for our colleagues and customers. This role will be based on a hybrid working model from Hartlepool. You will be part of the Change, Config & Release Team, managing the lifecycle of changes to both internal and external IT systems, from planned to emergency. Your focus will be on assessing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
