We are hiring a Change and Communications Lead to support the rollout of a major SAP transformation. This role is key in managing change impact, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies across project phases

• Engage with business leaders, teams, and users to build awareness and buy-in

• Create high-impact content: newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and training support

• Monitor change readiness and adjust plans as needed

• Proven experience leading change and communications in transformation projects

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
