Job summary

You will report to the Change Manager and drive change impact assessments, readiness activities and benefits realisation. Key responsibilities include mapping as-is/to-be states, identifying affected BAU processes, conducting post-implementation

Qualifications

• Experience in a formal business analysis/change analysis role across the full lifecycle of change initiatives.
• Ability to plan and lead change impact assessments, with identification of risks, issues and dependencies.
• Proven ability to lead business readiness activities including training needs analysis and communication plans.

This position sits within the Change team. We are flexible on the location of this role, with occasional travel to our Glasgow office.The jobReporting to the Change Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:Provide specialist change analyst services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiativePlan and lead change impact assessments, identifying and quantifying impacts, risks and issuesPlan and lead on business readiness activities including but not limited to support models, training needs analysis, training approach/plans, training delivery and communication plans to ensure the successful transition to future state with minimal disruption to BAU processes, increasing up take and protecting our customer experienceIdentify, evaluate, estimate and articulate the work required to successfully implement the changesIdentify key BAU processes impacted by change ensuring \"as is\" and \"to be\" states are mapped to the required standardConduct and verify post implementation reviews to ensure change has been adopted and benefits realisedDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressContribute to the identification of benefits, working with stakeholders and the benefit manager to ensure accurate identification, traceability and reporting of benefitsCollaborate with Business and Transformation Delivery teams where appropriate to effectively scope, design and implement strategic and tactical business changePrepare and facilitate project/programme meetings/workshops as required and undertake all analysis required for the meeting/workshop inputs and outputsContribute to the development of business and change analysis processes and deliverables whilst supporting the implementation of new technologiesThe personWe're looking for someone who:Is highly motivated, resilient, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is committed to meeting strict deadlines and goalsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and on ownProven track record in business analysis/change analysis role, with full lifecycle experience on a variety of project typesExperience of employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, methodologies and toolsAbility to challenge business and technology areas in order to achieve the optimal future design of any change initiativeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex changes to different stakeholdersAbility to influence and support senior Stakeholders through difficult decisions.Self-reliant individual who can reflect on own performance and make improvementsAbility to actively listen to clarify own understandingA solid understanding of how people move through change with the ability to support people through transition from current state to future state, understanding what is needed to influence each stakeholder to embrace and adopt the changeAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, with the ability to influence and support Senior Stakeholders to move forward towards a common vision or goalExperience of change management principles, methodologies and toolsFamiliar with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, MiroWe strive to create an environment where you can prioritise your wellbeing and offer a competitive benefits package to help you do this.
