Job summary

Searcys are recruiting a Barback to support the restaurant and Champagne Bar at St Pancras International Station. Located within St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys, the venue hosts Europe’s longest Champagne bar and offers a premium experience.

Roles include full time, part time and flexible shifts with salary up to £15 per hour. We look for personable individuals to deliver exquisite cocktails, wine and our own Searcys champagne, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless bar operations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Hands-on and proactive approach.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Passion for food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties required.
• Restocking liquor bottles, beer kegs, wines, garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies.
• Ice management: hauling, chipping, and refilling ice wells so bartenders never run out.
• Collecting empty glasses, washing, polishing, and returning them to the bar stations.
• Wiping down bar tops, emptying bins, clearing spills, and disposing of packaging.
