Working in schools around Crewe to support children with SEMH needs who can demonstrate challenging behaviour- your role will be part teaching classroom assistant, and part pastoral support worker.
You will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher to enable them to teach effectively- ensuring that the children you will care for are kept on task, helped to manage their behaviour, and to engage and communicate with their peers and teachers.
