The Role - Behaviour Intervention Teaching Assistant

As a Behaviour Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may have SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, trauma‑related needs, and associated behavioural challenges.

Your role will focus on identifying the triggers behind behaviour and intervening positively before situations accelerate. Working alongside teachers and pastoral professionals, you will:
