Dream Games in London seeks an experienced CG Supervisor to design and implement workflows that enable the creative vision for in-game cinematics, short-form content, and animated features. You will spearhead look development for feature animation and understand how departments contribute to achieving visual excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with feature-animation-scale lookdev and lighting workflows.
• Proficiency in Houdini Solaris, Maya or Blender, and Renderman shading/rendering.
• Experience with designing for iteration: multi-shot workflows, proceduralism, automation.
• Understanding USD and cross-team collaboration in production pipelines.
• Background in Lookdev or Lighting preferred.
• Experience with C++, AI is a plus and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lookdev and lighting for the film look and ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Technology to purchase or build tooling as needed.
• Day-to-day oversight of Surfacing, Lighting, and Compositing teams.
• Streamline workflows and implement quality checks and reviews.
• Ensure render-efficient assets and lighting setups across shots.
• Assist with staffing and resource planning with Production leadership.
