Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the territory, manage the marketing department, and implement overseas business expansion strategies.
- Conduct regular market and customer research, gather industry information related to photovoltaics, analyze market trends, and propose improvement measures.
- Expand major customer base and secure breakthroughs in significant projects within integrated ground station scenarios. Develop sales strategies and oversee their implementation across regions and departments.
- Participate in constructing and optimizing sales project processes, refining strategies, and standardizing marketing and risk management processes.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication, ensuring collaboration between technical, production, and sales teams to meet sales targets and ensure product delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar industry sales, involving complex sales cycles over several quarters.
- Confidence and foresight in prospecting new business and maintaining existing accounts; resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
- Possession of major customer resources and connections in the overseas photovoltaic industry.
- Ability to negotiate sales deals that positively impact the company's financial performance.
- Effective communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels, both internal and external.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
