NHS England is seeking a proactive Business Manager for the CFO Private Office. You will provide expert business and administrative support, manage the CFO's diary, and serve as a trusted conduit between the CFO, CFO Group, and the wider organisation.

The role requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in a high-profile, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality work and progressing NHS priorities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience in a similar role.
• Experience of providing business support, including diary management, to Senior leaders and managing relationships between senior professionals.
• Significant experience of operating in a politically sensitive environment.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
• Demonstrated ability to act on incomplete information, using experience to make inferences and decisions.
• Advanced IT skills including use of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive business management support and insight of the highest quality to the Chief Financial Officer and their Group.
• Act as a key conduit between the CFO, CFO Group and the wider organisation, coordinating and managing the CFO diary and stakeholder relationships.
• Support day-to-day activities while planning for the longer term in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Coordinate and manage engagement with stakeholders on relevant activities to support NHS England priorities.
