Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
• CFO with PE-backed multi-site consumer-facing business experience
• Track record of supporting significant growth and expansion
• Commercially astute with board/investor influence
• Hands-on, resilient leadership in a fast-paced expansion environment

Responsibilities

• Senior financial leadership across the group including strategy, planning, forecasting and reporting
• Advising the CEO and providing insight across commercial and operational decision-making
• Develop and improve systems, processes, reporting and management information across a complex, multi-site operation
• Lead finance function and support strategic initiatives and potential exit planning
