iForce Connect, a London-based engineering consultancy, seeks a CFD specialist to apply fluid dynamics and thermal analysis to optimise airflow and environmental performance across UK and international projects.

You will work with senior simulation leads and multidisciplinary teams, building and validating steady-state and transient models in ANSYS, reviewing drawings, and contributing to QA/QC and reporting. A strong engineering degree and consultancy experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency in CFD modelling using ANSYS and related tools.
• Solid understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and turbulence
• Experience with data centre cooling, indoor thermal comfort, ventilation
• Ability to interpret MEP, architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build, mesh, run and interrogate robust CFD models (steady-state and transient).
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to define boundary conditions.
• Interpret layouts and drawings to extract geometry and operational parameters.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and prepare technical reports and visual data.
• Support development of CFD methodologies and automation workflows.
