Job summary

Lync Wealth Management in Belfast is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our FCA authorised team. You will provide comprehensive financial planning for existing and prospective clients and help them achieve short- and long-term goals.

You will build trusted relationships with private clients, manage portfolios, and ensure advice is unbiased, compliant with FCA rules, and aligned with Consumer Duty commitments.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in financial planning required.
• CAS for a minimum of 5 years held.
• Working towards Certified/Chartered Financial Planning status.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial services advice within CF30 FCA authorisation.
• Develop personalised financial plans to meet client goals.
• Source and secure new clients via networking and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with private clients and manage £40m AUA.
• Ensure independence and unbiased advice per FCA guidance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough records.
• Conduct detailed financial planning assessments and solutions.
• Regularly review client portfolios amid market changes.
• Engage in CPD and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Uphold FCA Consumer Duty principles.
