Job summary

Lync Wealth Management is recruiting a financially astute adviser in Bath to deliver comprehensive, CF30-compliant financial planning and implementation for existing and prospective clients.

In this employed adviser role, you’ll work from our Bath office with paraplanning and admin support, developing tailored plans and maintaining robust client relationships while staying aligned with FCA independence standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions, investments, trusts, tax and IHT planning.
• Commercial awareness to profile prospects and target segments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, investments and financial products/services.
• Knowledge of wealth management and IFA market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning advice aligned with CF30 authorisation.
• Develop personalised financial plans and strategies for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with private clients (average AUA £12m).
• Ensure advice is unbiased, compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and advice provided.
• Conduct detailed financial planning assessments and offer solutions (investments, pensions, protection, estate planning).
• Periodically review and adjust client portfolios.
• Engage in CPD and stay updated on regulatory changes and products.
• Adhere to FCA Consumer Duty principles and act in customers' best interests.
