Job summary

Lync Wealth Management is seeking a CF30 FCA authorised Financial Adviser for its Belfast office.You will provide comprehensive financial services advice, including planning and implementation of investment, pension, protection and estate strategies for existing and prospective clients.

The role offers paraplanning and admin support, a busy client bank (~100 households), and a culture focused on compliant, unbiased advice under the FCA Consumer Duty principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions, investments, trusts, tax and IHT planning.
• Commercial awareness to profile prospects and identify target segments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, investments and products.
• Industry compliance with FCA regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial services advice aligned with CF30 authorisation, ensuring comprehensive, accurate client guidance.
• Develop personalised financial plans and strategies to meet client goals.
• Source and secure new clients through networking and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with private clients and tailor advice to their needs and objectives.
• Conduct detailed financial planning assessments and ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and proper records.
• Engage in CPD and stay updated on industry changes and products.
