Job summary

KC Group in Manchester is recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive to join a growing team. The role offers exposure to M&A, financial analysis and valuations, working closely with experienced CF professionals and management teams on broad deal activity.

Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified or recently qualified, with mid-tier audit/advisory experience, strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in corporate finance. Commercial mindset and communication skills are essential.

Corporate Finance Executive | Manchester | c.£45,000

KC Group are currently working with a growing Corporate Finance team in Manchester who are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in Audit within a mid-tier accountancy firm, who is looking to make the move into Corporate Finance for the first time.

You'll get exposure to a broad range of transactions and work closely with an experienced CF team across areas including:

• M&A and deal execution
• Financial analysis and modelling
• Valuations
• Due diligence
• Information memorandums and marketing materials
• Working directly with management teams, shareholders and investors
