About the role:
As our Certification Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Certification Schemes within the Plastic Pipes team. You will ensure high-quality product evaluations, client satisfaction, and achievement of commercial targets.
The role involves managing client certification projects, reviewing relevant standards, and ensuring changes are implemented properly. You will collaborate with testing teams, review test reports, and recommend certification issuance across schemes and Kitemarks.
You will also attend client meetings, trade shows, and technical committee meetings, with travel to testing laboratories, client meetings, and site audits within the UK and overseas.
Knowledge of Third Party Certification and practical experience with plastic pipes (GRP, PVC) in manufacturing is preferred. Ability to write detailed test plans for product compliance is a plus.
