Job responsibilities

Support Worker – Skewen £16.70 per hour | 2x day shifts per week (07:30 – 21:00)

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs

  • Compassion, empathy, and a good sense of humour

  • Ability to build a strong, trusting relationship with the client

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting daily routines, including personal care and hygiene

  • Attending hydrotherapy sessions and enjoying outdoor activities together

  • Administering medication and monitoring health

  • Providing emotional support and companionship

  • Accurately recording care and reporting any changes

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members
