Job description

Job Title: Personal Assistant

My name is Maddison, and I am looking for a kind and caring support worker. I love to go to the beach, parks, and soft play. I enjoy playing with my dolls and having a good laugh and a joke. A car driver is essential for this role; you would be able to drive my mobility car - you would need to be over 25 for insurance purposes.

Experience of working with children and knowledge of ASD and Cerebral Palsy is desirable; however, for the right applicant, we would be able to support with training.

  5. Be a good timekeeper.
  6. Be able to work at short notice.
  7. Be able to work in different settings.
  8. Not discuss our household and domestic circumstances with others, other than with my specific permission.
  9. Keep information gained in the course of your employment confidential.
  10. Be able to respond appropriately in an emergency.
  11. Be able to accept responsibility and work on your own initiative.
  12. Respect my privacy and that of my family and friends.
  13. Be patient when doing repeated tasks.
  14. Have at least basic reading, writing, and number skills.
  15. You do not need any formal qualifications, but you must be willing to learn how to do the job under my direction.
