Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is seeking a commercially focused CEO to lead the transformation of a UK-based MGA within an £80 million revenue insurance group.

The role reports to the Group CEO, sits on the Group Executive, and will drive a major platform and distribution restructure to accelerate growth. The successful candidate will merge two acquisitions under a single brand, implement a new technology platform, and pursue bolt-on acquisitions while rebalancing distribution toward brokers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale a business, not just manage an existing book.
• Credible underwriting/risk insight from insurer-side experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and integration (e.g., M&A).

Responsibilities

• Lead the MGA build-and-scale program with a three-year growth plan.
• Take P&L and operational ownership of the MGA business.
• Set and execute strategy, building and guiding a high-performing senior team.
