Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands-on content creator to build a CEO's personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. You will personally film and edit high-quality video content, combining business, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Think bold communication with premium cinematography, contemporary editing and authentic storytelling. You will travel within the UK and internationally to capture moments that resonate with audiences.

Qualifications

Outstanding portfolio of published video content.
Proven experience filming, directing and editing social media video.
Strong cinematography, lighting, audio and post-production skills.
Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
Confidence to work directly with a CEO and capture their personality.
Proactive, creative mindset with ability to take projects from concept to final delivery.
Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

Personally film and edit high-quality short-form video and occasional long-form content.
Capture business activities, events, travel and behind-the-scenes moments.
Produce hooks, captions, motion graphics and platform-specific edits.
Develop a consistent publishing strategy focused on audience growth and engagement.
Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to build a distinctive personal brand.
