Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands-on content creator to build a CEO's personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. You will personally film and edit high-quality video content, combining business, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Think bold communication with premium cinematography, contemporary editing and authentic storytelling. You will travel within the UK and internationally to capture moments that resonate with audiences.

Qualifications

• Outstanding portfolio of published video content.
• Proven experience filming, directing and editing social media video.
• Strong cinematography, lighting, audio and post-production skills.
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Confidence to work directly with a CEO and capture their personality.
• Proactive, creative mindset with ability to take projects from concept to final delivery.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas, content formats and storytelling concepts.
• Personally film and edit high-quality short-form video and occasional long-form content.
• Capture business activities, events, travel and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Produce compelling hooks, captions, motion graphics and platform-specific edits.
• Develop a consistent publishing strategy focused on audience growth and engagement.
• Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to build a distinctive personal brand.
