Job summary

Catch Resource Management is seeking a Solution Specialist with a focus on Centric PLM to deliver and improve a client’s Centric PLM system as they upgrade to the latest version. You’ll be accountable for ensuring technical, delivery, and business outcomes, aligning with the wider technical design and business strategies.

The role involves 1-2 days per week on-site in London, with collaboration across internal teams and third-party partners to translate complex requirements into scalable PLM

Qualifications

• Hands-on Centric PLM experience, ideally in retail/eCommerce.
• Experience with Centric Versions 7 or 8 is essential.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes, workflows, configuration, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable, cost-effective technology solutions aligned with product and business strategy.
• Implement and configure changes within Centric PLM and related systems.
• Design and optimise PLM workflows to meet business needs and advise best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and platform improvement.
• Support data migration and transformation into Centric PLM environments.
• Guide testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support troubleshooting during implementation and operations.
• Act as SME for Centric PLM as needed.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Technology, and external partners.
• Ensure alignment with wider business and technology strategies.
