Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced Centric PLM specialist to lead large-scale PLM implementations in the fashion, apparel and retail sectors. You will run stakeholder workshops, define the solution approach, and guide delivery from requirements through UAT and deployment in a fast-paced environment.

As the trusted Centric PLM SME, you will drive process standardization, data migration, integrations and reporting, while mitigating delivery risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PLM with 5+ years hands-on Centric PLM experience.
• Strong expertise in Fashion, Apparel, and Retail PLM processes.
• Proven PLM transformation, re-implementation, or modernization experience.
• Deep knowledge of Product Development, Materials, BOM, Costing, Sourcing, and Supplier Collaboration.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis, requirements definition, and solution design.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders independently.
• Understanding PLM integrations, data migration, and reporting.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Proven experience in PLM transformation, re-implementation, or modernization programs.
• Deep knowledge of Product Development, Materials, BOM, Costing, Sourcing, and Supplier Collaboration.
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, requirements definition, and solution design.
• Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders independently.
• Good understanding of PLM integrations, data migration, and reporting solutions.
• Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
