Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking a Senior Centric PLM Consultant to lead end-to-end PLM initiatives for fashion and apparel clients in the UK. You will run stakeholder workshops, define solution design, and ensure successful delivery across development, testing and deployment.

The role requires 10+ years in PLM, 5+ years with Centric PLM, and a proven track record in transformations. You will influence senior leaders, drive best-practice adoption, and mentor teams in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PLM with 5+ years hands-on Centric PLM implementation.
• Strong expertise in Fashion, Apparel and Retail PLM processes.
• Proven experience in PLM transformation, re-implementation, or modernization.
• Deep knowledge of Product Development, Materials, BOM, Costing, Sourcing, and Supplier Collaboration.
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, requirements definition, and solution design.
• Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders independently.
• Good understanding of PLM integrations, data migration, and reporting solutions.
• Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
