Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Senior Centric PLM Solution Lead to shape functional solutions and modernise product lifecycle processes within the fashion and retail sector. You will lead workshops, capture requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses, translating business needs into scalable Centric PLM implementations across product development, materials, BOM, costing, sourcing and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, requirements discussions and fit-gap analysis for Centric PLM implementations.
• Translate business needs into scalable Centric PLM solutions across product development, materials, BOM, costing and sourcing.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, UAT and deployment.
• Coordinate with senior business and technology stakeholders across delivery teams.

A major PLM transformation programme within the fashion and retail sector requires a Senior Centric PLM Solution Lead to shape functional solutions and help modernise product lifecycle processes.

You'll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, leading workshops, requirements discussions and fit-gap analysis before translating business needs into scalable Centric PLM solutions. The role covers product development, materials, BOM, costing, sourcing and supplier collaboration, with involvement across integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, UAT and deployment.
