Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Centre Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support at the Salford centre, acting as the main contact for students, staff and stakeholders. You will handle reception duties, meetings, records and assist the Centre Principal with organisation and diary management.

The role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-facing environment.

  • Has previous administrative experience, ideally within education, training or a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily administration and operation of the FutureSkills centre.
  • Manage telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the Centre Principal with diary management, meeting coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare meeting documentation, take notes and distribute actions where required.
  • Provide occasional front-line reception and customer service support for students, visitors and staff.
  • Maintain accurate student, course and centre records.
  • Support enrolment, induction and student-related administrative activities.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Support the organisation of centre events, open evenings and employer engagement activities.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and resources.
  • Work collaboratively with curriculum, support and central service teams to ensure an excellent student experience.

About the Role

As Centre Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the centre, acting as a key point of contact for students, staff and stakeholders.
