Fylde Coast YMCA is seeking a Centre Operative to assist on reception and support various staff duties. You will help maintain safety and security, ensure smooth setup of activity areas and report maintenance needs. Responsibilities

• Assist on Reception and cover duties for breaks, holiday or sickness.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act and Fylde Coast YMCA procedures.
• Be responsible for building and contents security.
• Identify and report maintenance requirements for equipment or premises.
• Prepare activity areas and handle setup, dismantling and storage.
