We are recruiting for a Centre Manager at a new site in West London (Marylebone area, near Hyde Park).

This location features flexible workspaces within a beautiful Georgian estate, including retailers, restaurants, bars, and a thriving residential community.

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing a multi-tenanted site, particularly in the serviced offices / flex working sector. Suitable backgrounds include Community Manager, Building Manager, Guest Experience Manager, Front of House Manager, or similar roles. Candidates from property, events, leisure, hotels, and hospitality industries may also be considered.

The salary is up to £38,000, depending on skills and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), private medical and dental cover, pension, life assurance, and more.

In this role, you will be the face of the site daily, delivering excellent service to occupiers and guests, mentoring the on-site team, giving tours to prospective clients, managing events, and working to improve and grow the centre's occupancy.
