We’re seeking a creative, resourceful Content & Community Manager to run our daily brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. You’ll be the voice of our House — shaping how we show up and spark connection with our community every day.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content across all organic channels
• Shoot, edit, and schedule short-form video and imagery
• Write engaging copy that reflects our voice and values
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community messages with warmth and brand flair
• Support influencer partnerships and content repurposing
• Track content performance and optimise for reach and engagement
• Manage UGC sourcing and curation

Ideal Background

• 2+ years in content or social media management
• Visual storytelling skills (photo/video editing tools, Canva, etc.)
• Hands-on familiarity with Reels/TikTok trends
• Love for design, gardening, sustainable living, and storytelling

Working from our Sidcup office you would be part of the full time marketing team. Ideally a driver who can visit various locations across London to shoot content with junior content creator.
