About the Role

Kinver High School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious Thrive Alternative Provision Centre Manager to join our welcoming school, praised for good pupil behavior and courtesy (Ofsted Dec 21).

The ideal candidate will share our student-centered values, be engaging, proactive, and passionate about lifelong learning. You should believe in and be driven to ensure every student, regardless of starting point, can succeed, enjoy school, and engage with wider school life to reach their full potential.

About Thrive

Thrive is a specialist resource provision within Kinver High School, located in South Staffordshire, serving students from across the West Midlands. It currently supports 30 students across all key stages and opened in November 2024. Recognized as a designated ‘alternative’ learning centre by the Local Authority, Thrive offers a tailored curriculum for students needing a more personalized educational approach.

Our Vision

We believe every child can succeed. Recognizing multiple forms of intelligence, our goal is to ensure no child is ‘lost’ or forgotten in the education system. We aim to provide a bespoke, challenging, and supportive environment where students can engage, succeed, aspire, and thrive.

Join Us

If you share our vision, we would love to hear from you. Visiting us and meeting our students can give you a real sense of our community. We also offer excellent CPD opportunities through school and in partnership with Invictus.

Application Process

We encourage you to arrange a visit. Please contact Mrs. Sophie Roberts, Associate Assistant Headteacher, at sroberts@Kinverhigh.co.uk.

Note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive many suitable applications. Interviews will be scheduled at a later date.
